1. Eligibility

• You must be a currently enrolled university student in Pakistan
• You must have a valid .edu.pk email address
• You must be at least 16 years old

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying content
• Share personal information of others (doxxing)
• Post spam, advertisements, or commercial content
• Upload illegal, obscene, or NSFW content
• Impersonate other students or public figures
• Attempt to de-anonymize other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers

3. Content

• You own the content you create (confessions, memes, comments)
• By posting, you grant Halchal a license to display and distribute your content within the platform
• We may remove content that violates these terms without notice
• Meme battles are for fun — keep it respectful and creative

4. Accounts

• One account per student (enforced via campus email verification)
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms
• Banned users may appeal by contacting support

5. Moderation

• Content is moderated by AI systems and campus moderators
• Moderators cannot see the identity behind anonymous posts
• Repeated violations result in temporary or permanent bans
• You can report content using the in-app report button

6. Disclaimer

• Halchal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
